Returns and exchange details
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
I always aim to give accurate product descriptions as well as bright, clear product photos for easy online shopping.
A refund or exchange will only be provided in the case of a seller error, for example if I send you the wrong color, size or shape than what you ordered.
If this is the case, please contact me with your full name and order number.
• Orders under $35 will get flat rate shipping ($4.99 in US). Everything ships USPS. Tracking # is provided to addresses within the US.
• Shipping discounts are applied to all items in ONE transaction. Subsequent orders cannot be combined.
• Processing time for IN-STOCK items (not customized) is usually 1-3 business days, providing payment has cleared.
• Shipping upgrades are available and apply to shipping times only, not the processing time.
• Please understand that I am not responsible for packages that have left my hands. You can use your tracking # to contact USPS regarding it's whereabouts. 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)
• I am not responsible for stolen or missing packages that the tracking info shows as being scanned in by USPS. Missing packages that say "Delivered" are usually at your apartment's office, or with a roommate.
• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: When a package is shipped internationally from the USA it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country (YOUR COUNTRY). I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and under no circumstance and I responsible for these fees or taxes. I am also unable to mark your package as a gift or lower the value of the items in your package as stated on the customs form.
